Terms and conditions of the Easy Polish Online Courses

By signing up for one of the Easy Polish Courses you're entering into an agreement with Aga & Justyna spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its permanent place of business in Katowice, ul 3 Maja 22/2C, NIP number: 6343024842, REGON number: 525606650
Depending on the variant you choose, the subject of this agreement is an online course that will consist of:
either 24 online meetings (60 minutes each) - in case of the Courses for Beginners and Intermediate Students for 1 edition
or 48 online meetings (60 minutes each) - in case of the Courses for Beginners and Intermediate Students for 2 editions
or 12 online meetings (60 minutes each) - in case of the Conversation Club for 1 edition
or 24 online meetings (60 minutes each) - in case of the Conversation Club for 2 editions
The meetings will be conducted by a tutor of Polish as a foreign language in a group of 6 participants. During the course, the tutor will provide you with grammar exercises and conversation opportunities to improve your speaking skills in Polish. The effects of the course are individual and depend on your personal involvement in the process, active participation in the meetings and completion of additional exercises that may be given by the tutor as homework.
At the moment we receive your completed application form and payment, we will reserve a spot for you in the group of your choice.
You will be considered a participant in our course once there are enough participants (minimum 4) to open the group you selected.
In case the minimum amount of participants required for starting a course group is not found, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the course. In such a case, everyone who has already paid for the course will receive a full refund.
By making a payment, you commit to attending the course offered to you by one of our tutors according to the timetable found on our website and which will be confirmed in the email you receive after completing your application.
The course meetings will take place on Zoom. Participation in the course requires installing the Zoom app and creating an account with it before the start of the course, a stable internet connection, and a working camera and microphone.
Links to the course meetings will be provided to all participants via email no later than 24 hours before each meeting.
All materials needed for the course will be provided by the tutor.
The course will be led by:
Agata Rudzińska, Natalia Machura, Adrianna Biedrowska, Veronika Ismylova or Sabina Strózik - in case of the Courses for Beginners and Intermediate Students
Agnieszka Błażyńska or Adrian Makoć - in case of the Conversation Club
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the tutor is unable to take part in a meeting, they will be replaced by another qualified teacher.
The fee for the courses is as follows:
1950 PLN in case of courses for beginners or intermediate students, when you enrol for one trimester (24 course meetings, January 2026 - the end of March 2026)
3600 PLN in case of courses for beginners or intermediate students, when you enrol for two trimesters (48 course meetings, January 2026 - June 2026)
975 PLN in case of Conversation Club, when you enrol for one trimester (12 course meetings, January 2026 - the end of March 2026)
1800 PLN in case of Conversation Club, when you enrol for two trimesters (24 course meetings, January 2026 - June 2026)
Payments can be made via the Stripe payment platform. You can choose between paying the full fee upfront or paying in 3 monthly instalments.
a) Full payment
You can pay the full course fee upfront (according to the pricing in point 11) using:
• credit or debit card,
• PayPal, or
• BLIK (if you are in Poland).b) Instalment plan
Regardless of whether you enrol for one trimester or two, you may choose to pay the course fee in 3 equal monthly instalments. The instalment amounts are as follows:• 650 PLN × 3 for courses for beginners or intermediate students for one trimester (total: 1950 PLN)
• 1200 PLN × 3 for courses for beginners or intermediate students for two trimesters (total: 3600 PLN)
• 325 PLN × 3 for Conversation Club for one trimester (total: 975 PLN)
• 600 PLN × 3 for Conversation Club for two trimesters (total: 1800 PLN)Instalment payments can be made using credit or debit card or PayPal (BLIK is not available for instalments). When choosing the instalment plan, you will set up a 3-month Stripe subscription, which automatically charges the instalment amount once per month. The subscription ends after the third payment.
In accordance with consumer protection law, you have 14 days from the day of the start of your course to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. In this case, you’re entitled to receive a refund for meetings that have not yet taken place up to the point of your withdrawal. Otherwise the course is non-refundable. It is also not possible to receive a refund for individual absences from the meetings.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, please send the statement provided below at the following email address: info@easypolish.org.
I, [your full name used for the registration], hereby cancel my participation in the Easy Polish Online Course. I request a refund of the fee or part of the fee that I’m entitled to.
The payment will be refunded using the same method the participant used to pay for the course.
In case of an emergency personal situation that wouldn’t allow you to continue taking part in our course occurs after the 14 days for the withdrawal provided by law, please get in touch with us. We’ll consider such cases individually.
