Terms and conditions of the Easy Polish Online Courses

  1. By signing up for one of the Easy Polish Courses you're entering into an agreement with Aga & Justyna spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its permanent place of business in Katowice, ul 3 Maja 22/2C, NIP number: 6343024842, REGON number: 525606650

  2. The subject of this agreement is an online course consisting of 8 online meetings (each lasting 180 minutes with a 15-minute break).

    The meetings will be alternately conducted by two tutors of Polish as a foreign language in a group of 6 participants. During the course, tutors will provide you with grammar exercises and conversation opportunities to improve your speaking skills in Polish. The effects of the course are individual and depend on your personal involvement in the process, active participation in the meetings and completion of additional exercises that may be given by the tutors as homework.

  3. You will be considered a participant in our course as soon as we receive your submission and payment.

  4. By making a payment, you commit to attending the course according to the timetable found on our website.

  5. The course meetings will take place on Zoom. Participation in the course requires installing the Zoom app and creating an account with it before the start of the course, a stable internet connection, and a working camera and microphone.

  6. Links to the course meetings will be provided to all participants via email no later than 24 hours before each meeting.

  7. All materials needed for the course will be provided by tutors.

  8. The course will be led by Agata Rudzińska and Natalia Moiseienko. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the tutor is unable to take part in a meeting, she will be replaced by another qualified teacher.

  9. The fee for the course is 1800 PLN.

  10. Payment can be made by traditional transfer or via PayPal.

    Payment must be made in advance for the entire course.

  11. In accordance with Polish consumer protection law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Since enrollment for the course ends on June 15th, you have until June 29th to withdraw from the contract. If you withdraw from the course after this date, the course fee is non-refundable. It is also not possible to receive a refund for individual absences from the meetings.

  12. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, please send the statement provided below at the following email address: info@easypolish.org.

  13. In case of an emergency personal situation that wouldn’t allow you to continue taking part in our course occurs after the 14 days for the withdrawal provided by law, please get in touch with us. We’ll consider such cases individually.

  15. At our course, we want to welcome and create a safe space for all participants, regardless of their gender, physical appearance, nationality, age, or personal beliefs. We’re committed to nurturing an atmosphere of mutual respect. We reserve the right to remove from the course participants who would happen to offend, or otherwise harm the well-being of other members of their group and tutor.
