Polskie tłumaczenie poniższego regulaminu dostępne jest TUTAJ.

  1. By signing up for one of the Easy Polish Courses you're entering into an agreement with Aga & Justyna spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its permanent place of business in Katowice, ul 3 Maja 22/2C, NIP number: 6343024842, REGON number: 525606650

  2. The subject of this agreement is an online course. Both options—the Summer Conversation Classes and the Summer Grammar Revision Sessions—include 10 online meetings (60 minutes each), with one meeting held per week.

The meetings will be conducted by a tutor of Polish as a foreign language in a group of up to 10 participants. During the course, the tutor will provide you with grammar exercises and conversation opportunities to improve your speaking skills in Polish. The effects of the course are individual and depend on your personal involvement in the process, active participation in the meetings and completion of additional exercises that may be given by the tutor as homework.

  3. At the moment we receive your completed application form and payment, we will reserve a spot for you in the group of your choice.

  4. You will be considered a participant in our summer course once there are enough participants (minimum 6) to open the group you selected.

  5. In case the minimum amount of participants required for starting a course group is not found, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the course. In such a case, everyone who has already paid for the course will receive a full refund.

  6. By making a payment, you commit to attending the course offered to you by one of our tutors according to the timetable found on our website and which will be confirmed in the email you receive after completing your application.

  7. The course meetings will take place on Zoom. Participation in the course requires installing the Zoom app and creating an account with it before the start of the course, a stable internet connection, and a working camera and microphone.

  8. Links to the course meetings will be provided to all participants via email no later than 24 hours before each meeting.

  9. All materials needed for the course will be provided by the tutor.

  10. The course will be led by:

Elżbieta Pawlas-Matuszek, Adrian Makoć, Veronika Ismylova, Adriana Biedrowska, Agnieszka Błażyńska or Sabina Strózik - in case of the Summer Conversation Classes

Agata Rudzińska, Natalia Machura, Veronika Ismylova, Sabina Strózik, Agnieszka Błażyńska, Adriana Biedorwska or Adrian Makoć - in case of the Summer Grammar Revision Sessions

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the tutor is unable to take part in a meeting, they will be replaced by another qualified teacher.

  11. The fee for the course must be paid as a single payment of 750 PLN + VAT. In the case of both the Summer Conversation Classes and the Summer Grammar Revision Sessions, payment in instalments is not available.

  12. Payments can be made via the Stripe payment platform. You can pay the full course fee upfront using:
    credit or debit card,
    PayPal, or
BLIK (if you are in Poland).

  13. Prices and VAT:
All prices are shown as net prices (e.g. 750 PLN + VAT). VAT is applied only where it is required under applicable law. This includes countries where educational services are subject to VAT under local regulations. Payments are processed via Stripe, which automatically determines the user’s location based on the information provided at checkout. If VAT is applicable under the regulations of the user’s country of residence, it will be added to the final price during checkout. If VAT does not apply, the final price remains unchanged.

  14. Making a payment constitutes entering into an agreement to participate in the course. Once payment is completed, the participant will receive confirmation by email. By registering, the participants confirm that they provide accurate personal data (including details required for the invoice).

  15. Aga & Justyna sp. z o.o. may cooperate with external partners (affiliates) who promote the course. Participants’ personal data are not shared with them.

  16. The course is conducted using the following online tools: Zoom, PayPal, Typeform, Airtable, MailerLite, and Zapier. Details concerning the processing of personal data by these tools are described in our Privacy Policy.

  17. In accordance with Polish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the start date of the course. If you withdraw within this 14-day period after the course has already started, you are entitled to a refund reduced proportionally by the number of meetings that have already taken place.

After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the course fee is non-refundable. Meetings that a participant did not attend cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Refunds are not granted for individual absences during the course.
