Terms and Conditions of the “Polish for Healthcare” Online Course organized by Easy Polish

By signing up for one of the Easy Polish courses, you're entering into an agreement with Aga & Justyna spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its permanent place of business in Katowice, ul 3 Maja 22/2C, NIP number: 6343024842, REGON number: 525606650.
The subject of this agreement is the online course “Polish for Healthcare” (Polish language for professionals working in the healthcare sector), which will consist of 24 online meetings (A1–A2 group: 60 minutes each; B1–B2 group: 90 minutes each) – two meetings per week, conducted online via the Zoom platform.
The meetings will be conducted by a tutor of Polish as a foreign language in a group of up to 10 participants. The course covers both general and specialist Polish language related to work in the medical sector. Its aim is to develop communication skills in Polish within the healthcare context, especially in interactions with patients and medical staff. The results of the course are individual and depend on your personal involvement in the process, active participation in meetings, and completion of additional exercises that may be assigned by the tutor as homework.
You will be considered a participant of our course once a group of at least five people has been formed and we have received your completed application form and payment.
In case the minimum amount of participants required for starting a course group is not found, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the course. In such a case, everyone who has already paid for the course will receive a full refund.
By making a payment, you commit to attending the course offered to you by one of our tutors according to the timetable found on our website and which will be confirmed in the email you receive after completing your application.
The course meetings will take place on Zoom. Participation in the course requires installing the Zoom app and creating an account with it before the start of the course, a stable internet connection, and a working camera and microphone.
Links to the course meetings will be provided to all participants via email no later than 24 hours before each meeting.
All materials needed for the course will be provided by the tutor. Participants are not allowed to share or distribute course materials with third parties. The course is educational in nature and does not constitute a certification program. It does not entitle participants to practice any medical profession in Poland.
The course will be conducted by Sabina Strózik. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, she is unable to take part in a meeting, she will be replaced by another qualified teacher.
The course fee is:
1800 PLN +VAT for a one-time payment (or 1950 PLN + VAT in 3 instalments of 650 PLN +VAT)
2650 PLN + VAT for a one-time payment (or 2850 PLN +VAT in 3 instalments of 950 PLN + VAT)
The course includes 24 lessons (A1–A2 group: 2 × 60 minutes per week, B1–B2 group: 2 × 90 minutes per week) and runs from 9 March 2026 to 1 June 2026.
In the case of instalment payments, the first instalment is due before the course starts to secure your place, and each subsequent instalment is due one month apart.
Payments can be made via the Stripe payment platform. You can choose between paying the full fee upfront or paying in 3 monthly instalments.
a) Full payment
You can pay the full course fee upfront (according to the pricing in point 11) using:
• credit or debit card,
• PayPal, or
• BLIK (if you are in Poland).b) Instalment plan
You can also pay the course fee in 3 equal monthly instalments. The instalment amounts are as follows:• 650 PLN + VAT × 3 for courses for beginners (total: 1950 PLN + VAT)
• 950 PLN + VAT × 3 for courses for intermediate students (total: 2850 PLN + VAT)Instalment payments can be made using credit or debit card or PayPal (BLIK is not available for instalments). When choosing the instalment plan, you will set up a 3-month Stripe subscription, which automatically charges the instalment amount once per month. The subscription ends after the third payment.
Prices and VAT:
All prices are shown as net prices (e.g. 1800 PLN + VAT). VAT is applied only where it is required under applicable law. Payments are processed via Stripe, which automatically determines the user’s location based on the information provided at checkout. If VAT is applicable under the regulations of the user’s country of residence, it will be added to the final price during checkout. If VAT does not apply, the final price remains unchanged.Making a payment constitutes entering into an agreement to participate in the course. Once payment is completed, the participant will receive confirmation by email. By registering, the participants confirm that they provide accurate personal data (including details required for the invoice).
Aga & Justyna sp. z o.o. may cooperate with external partners (affiliates) who promote the course. Participants’ personal data are not shared with them.
The course is conducted using the following online tools: Zoom, PayPal, Typeform, Airtable, MailerLite, and Zapier. Details concerning the processing of personal data by these tools are described in our Privacy Policy.
In accordance with Polish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the start date of the course. If you withdraw within this 14-day period after the course has already started, you are entitled to a refund reduced proportionally by the number of meetings that have already taken place.
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the course fee is non-refundable. Meetings that a participant did not attend cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Refunds are not granted for individual absences during the course.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day withdrawal period, please send the withdrawal statement provided below to the following email address: [email protected].
I, [full name used for registration], hereby withdraw from my participation in the Easy Polish Online Course. I request a refund of the fee (or the applicable part thereof) to be issued using the same payment method that was used to pay for the course.
In case of an emergency personal situation that wouldn’t allow you to continue taking part in our course occurs after the 14 days for the withdrawal provided by law, please get in touch with us. We’ll consider such cases individually.

At our course, we want to welcome and create a safe space for all participants, regardless of their gender, physical appearance, nationality, age, or personal beliefs. We’re committed to nurturing an atmosphere of mutual respect. We reserve the right to remove from the course participants who would happen to offend, or otherwise harm the well-being of other members of their group and tutor. The student has been removed from the course for the above reason and will not receive a refund for unused lessons.
During the evaluation interview and throughout the course, the student must have their camera turned on during the lessons. If the camera is not turned on for 3 consecutive lessons without prior notice to the instructor with a valid reason, we reserve the right to remove the student from the course. If a participant is removed from the course due to a violation of the rules, they are not entitled to a refund for any unused lessons.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, such provision shall be considered deleted from the Terms, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to replace any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable with a valid and enforceable provision that, to the greatest extent possible, reflects the legal, economic, and commercial intent of the provision that was removed in accordance with this clause.
